Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Aspire Software is looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team in Lebanon.

What You’ll Do

· Modernize User Experiences: Redesign and elevate our web portals to deliver a modern, intuitive, and engaging user experience.

· Develop & Enhance Applications: Update existing applications and build new functionalities using web technologies.

· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

· Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for user experience optimization and lead R&D initiatives to integrate new functionalities into our platforms.

· Maintain High Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices.

Responsibilities

· Evolve our web portals by adding new features and refreshing user interfaces for students and staff.

· Migrate desktop applications to web portals using latest frontend technologies.

· Write, review, and maintain high-quality code with comprehensive documentation.

· Ensure code quality and system reliability through rigorous testing and maintenance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.

· Document system designs, integrations, and technical processes.

· Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system performance.

Technical Skills

• C#/.NET Expertise: Extensive experience developing applications using C# and the .NET framework.
• Front-End Development: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, Angular/React, and Web API is ideal. While you won't be expected to master these technologies from day one, a strong willingness to learn and expand your skillset is essential.
• Database Management: Strong skills in SQL queries and database design; experience with Oracle Database PL/SQL is a plus.
• API Development: Experience in developing and consuming APIs using SOAP and REST endpoints
• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, or similar) is a plus.

Desired Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on C#/.NET.
• 5+ years of front-end experience in multiple web technologies.

Other Requirements

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work aligned with the Eastern Time (EST).
• Experience in EdTech software, customer solutions, or SIS integrations (nice to have).
