Senior Funder

Genesis Capital (the “Company”) is one of the largest business purpose lenders in the country, focused on providing commercial real estate financing solutions to real estate developers who buy, renovate, and sell single-family and/or multi-family residential real estate. Education and Experience

• 2–5+ years of experience in private lending, preferably in funding or closing
• Strong knowledge of loan documents and closing process
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Organized and professional.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Compensation Range: $31.25/hour - $38.46/hour
