As a Senior Global Account Director at Coates Group, you’ll be the strategic bridge between cutting-edge technology solutions and some of the world’s most recognizable brands. You’ll drive digital transformation by leading project delivery, strengthening client partnerships, and championing account growth. \nWhat You'll Do:
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of client-reported issues, enhancements, and features—ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for UAT, QA, and lab environments, translating technical issues into actionable insights.
  • Analyze incident data and trends to drive product improvements and optimize client engagement.
  • Deliver impactful reporting to stakeholders, spotlighting key performance trends and opportunities.
  • Train clients on Coates’ product suite—both virtually and in person—and help them unlock its full strategic value.
  • Deepen product expertise and client ecosystem understanding to recommend tailored, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Account teams to align on client needs and priorities.
  • Champion innovation—identifying creative ways to apply Coates’ solutions to meet evolving client goals.
What You Bring:
  • 1–3 years in a client-facing tech role (e.g., Technical Business Analyst, Product Manager, Consultant).
  • Experience with content management systems, digital signage, or retail/restaurant tech is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills—able to bridge business and technical conversations with ease.
  • A problem-solver mindset with an eye for data, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and visual tools like Visio or Miro.
  • Agile methodology experience and a knack for navigating shifting priorities with ease.

  • You transform incident data into actionable insights that drive process and product enhancements.
  • Your reports and metrics help Coates and clients make smarter, faster decisions.
  • You’re a trusted voice across cross-functional teams—bridging gaps, sharing knowledge, and solving problems.
  • You proactively identify roadblocks and opportunities, always staying one step ahead of client needs.

$160,000 - $180,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Coates Group, offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with employer match; short- and long-term disability coverage; life and AD&D insurance; health savings accounts (HSAs); and flexible spending accounts (FSAs).
