Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a unified commercial strategy for the patient product line.
- Create a detailed recruitment plan to enhance capabilities and establish a world-class panel offering.

- Drive digital innovation to enhance engagement and operational efficiency.
- Monitor client satisfaction scores and devise strategies to ensure repeat business.
- Oversee the marketing initiatives related to patient products and client engagements.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other legal guidelines in patient recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years in healthcare market research or adjacent fields focused on patient communities and commercial strategies.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market research landscape.
- Ability to analyze statistics and recognize market trends.
- Proven experience in budgeting and developing business strategies.
- Knowledgeable in contracting and negotiating.
- Capacity to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to various local environments.
