(Senior) Graphic Designer

Aspire Software is looking for a (Senior) Graphic Designer to join our team in Lebanon.

We're looking for a self-motivated, design-driven Graphic Designer. You will be responsible for creating compelling, on-brand visuals that elevate our online presence and support growth initiatives. From social media to website content, newsletters to motion design, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Sadie shows up in the world.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, embraces feedback, understands how design contributes to marketing performance, and uses AI tools to maximize creative output. This is a high-impact opportunity to define and grow the visual identity of a cutting-edge AI product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design engaging graphics and layouts for Sadie’s website, newsletters, and social media platforms

• Brand Development: Evolve and maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
• Motion & Video: Produce short-form videos, animations, or motion graphics to support campaigns and product storytelling
• Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing to develop assets that drive performance (ads, email graphics, landing pages, etc.)
• Growth Design: Integrate user feedback and performance data into design iterations
• Tool Adoption: Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and increase creative efficiency
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product to align creative direction with business goals
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in graphic or digital design roles
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma (or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
• Demonstrated ability to produce visuals for social media, web, and email marketing
• Experience with motion design and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively
• Curious and eager to learn—especially when it comes to new AI tools and growth marketing trends
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback
• Portfolio showcasing design versatility and creative thinking
