Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in shaping our brand identity and visual communication across all platforms. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing innovative and compelling visual content that resonates with our diverse audience of students, parents, and educational institutions. You'll lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all visuals are high-quality, on-brand, and effectively convey our message.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of a wide range of marketing and branding materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, brochures, flyers, event collateral, and educational guides.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines, ensuring all visual assets align with our company's aesthetic and messaging.
• Translate complex educational concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing graphics that are easy for our target audience to understand.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project objectives and deliver impactful design solutions that drive engagement and conversions.
• Conceptualize and create original visual ideas that effectively communicate our value proposition and services.
• Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers or less experienced team members, if applicable.
• Stay informed about industry trends in graphic design, education, and digital marketing to continually bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand, preparing files for both digital and print production.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and optimize designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the education, consultancy, or related service industries.
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of branding across various media.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present design concepts.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience with UI/UX principles for web and digital platforms is a plus.
