Senior Graphic Designer
The Opportunity
Come join the Brand and Corporate Marketing Team. We’re looking for a highly creative, digitally driven Senior Graphic Designer who can turn complex ideas
into compelling visual stories. You collaborate well, present confidently, think strategically, and embrace AI‑native workflows. Your Role Responsibilities
● Concept‑to‑execution design for campaigns, product launches, events, and digital experiences.
● Create dev‑ready visuals for web, landing pages, social, presentations, email, events, and more.
● Partner with Creative Director, Art Director, Designers, Copywriters, Developers, and PMs to deliver cohesive brand work.
● Manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and uphold high design standards.
● Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
● Ensure all creative aligns with Nutanix brand guidelines.
What You’ll Bring
● BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
● 3+ years already as a Senior Graphic Designer, ideally in-house at a tech or B2B company.
● Mastery of typography, color, and grid systems—this is the core requirement.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design across enterprise/B2B brands.
● Expert proficiency in Figma, including design systems and collaborative workflows.
● Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Firefly).
● Ability to discuss your AI tools and workflow.
● Experience with Wrike or similar project management tools.
● Strong understanding of global brand standards.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, be ready to present your work!
● Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
● Familiarity with HTML/CSS or web design principles.
● Experience working with global or cross‑functional teams.
● Traditional print-based graphic design is incredibly useful, but the role will focus on the digital space.

Work Arrangement
This is a Hybrid position. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $114,400 and USD $229,200 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
