REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years overall recruiting experience, with at least 3+ in healthcare recruiting.
- Boston-area experience, understanding of US healthcare talent market.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting track record in a high-growth environment (~>100 hires/year).
- Familiarity with recruiting tools: ATS (e.g. Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters or similar ), sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter..etc.), HRIS systems as well.
- Proven sourcing capabilities and experience generating candidate pipelines in advance of the need to hire candidates. Seasoned in Boolean String, X-Ray searches
- Strong metrics-driven mindset, with experience delivering to leaders.
- Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and hiring manager coaching skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Background in scaling recruiting operations in startups, PE/backed companies, or hyper-growth environments.
- Master’s degree or HR/recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS).
- Experience with diversity hiring strategies in healthcare.
- Bilingual- Spanish ability or experience recruiting multilingual professionals.
