As we expand our footprint across Florida and beyond, we’re seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter with a deep understanding of the radiology talent market to lead the charge in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best clinical professionals in the industry.
This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing a scalable talent acquisition framework that attracts, engages, and retains top-tier clinical and non-clinical professionals across all levels of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Strategist will work closely with leadership and HR leadership to understand workforce needs, build strong employer branding, leverage data-driven recruiting practices, and cultivate high performing external and internal pipelines.

Essential Functions of the Role
Strategy
- Design and optimize a scalable talent acquisition framework that attracts, engages, and retains top-tier clinical and non-clinical professionals.
- Develop and maintain internal and external pipelines of credential talent in radiology specialties.
- Partner with leadership and HR to identify critical roles and talent gaps, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and support internal succession planning efforts by aligning external recruitment strategies with internal talent development goals.
- Track key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, turnover, source performance) and adjust strategies as needed.
Sourcing
- Own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for radiologists, other physicians, imaging technologists, clinical and business development roles across multiple Center locations.
- Build trusted relationships with department leaders to align on hiring goals, department headcount budgets and ideal profiles for key roles.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.
- Represent Precision’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to high-level clinical candidates.
- Write targeted, compelling job ads specific to subspecialty and the modality needs of the Imaging Centers.
- Develop strong visibility in local and national healthcare communities, schools, and associations.
- Lead and/or participate in recruitment marketing campaigns and events to strengthen Precision’s brand and exposure in the healthcare community.
Onboarding
- Coordinate interviews, credentialing handoff, and onboarding in partnership with HR and compliance professionals.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition, including offer acceptance follow-up, background checks, orientation scheduling, system access requests, and communication with hiring managers and HR to ensure readiness for Day One.
- Actively participate in the build out of Precision’s Company Onboarding rollout strategy and implementation monthly plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on radiologists and/or imaging technologists
- Strong understanding of imaging modalities, licensing/certification requirements, and clinical workflows
- Proven ability to fill hard-to-recruit roles in competitive markets
- Confident working directly with physician candidates and senior leadership
- Experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and pipeline reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple roles and sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network in the radiology community (Florida or national)
- Experience recruiting in multi-site outpatient or teleradiology setting
- Familiarity with physician contracting and credentialing processes
- Background in healthcare marketing or employer branding
- Succession Planning Experience
- Strong Excel/ Google Sheets Experience
