Senior HEMA Analyst

Analyses may be used to: Support Medicare payment policy strategy Develop analytic plans and provide consultative advice to achieve analytics objectives. Bachelor's degree 5+ years of work experience in a technical field Experience analyzing and solving complex technical problems including issues with health care claims data analysis. Experience analyzing Medicare claims data sets. Strong understanding of U.S. health care policy and payment systems, including hospital and physician reimbursement. Experience developing tools, reports, and other products using claims data. Knowledge of statistical methods. Formal training in health economics, public health, health services research, epidemiology, biostatistics or related discipline. Experience in the healthcare industry, including experience supporting reimbursement strategies for a medical device manufacturer. Knowledge of SAS/SQL/Python programming. Cardiology industry experience. Experience with new technology reimbursement pathways, particularly medical device.
