THE JOB:

As the Sr. Manager of Hotel Operations at Bellagio, you will lead the Front Desk team in alignment with MGM Resorts’ brand standards, driving operational and financial success. You will oversee daily operations, implement strategic initiatives, and enhance the guest experience through effective leadership, training, and employee engagement. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Collaborates with the VP and Director of Hotel Operations to execute strategic initiatives from the Hotel Strategy CoE for hotel operations.

• Leads the rollout of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, and regulations for front desk operations.

• Drives employee engagement within the front desk team through coaching, training, rewards, and development programs.

• Provides leadership and guidance to enhance the guest experience in front desk operations, ensuring alignment with company service standards.

• Manages the recruitment, training, supervision, counseling, and coaching of hotel operations staff to ensure efficient departmental performance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Technical knowledge and experience with Opera (or LMS for CCLV) required

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in directing and managing employees in a hotel environment, including prior experience in hotel management required

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays required
