Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner at HonorVet Technologies will serve as a critical resource in developing and executing human resource strategy that aligns with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes providing expert advice to management on the organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement, while maintaining a balance between company policy and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership in setting the strategic HR direction that aligns with business objectives.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that result in quality hires, and foster ongoing recruitment efforts.
• Drive the HR agenda, partnering closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Operations, and business leaders to effectively and quickly execute our People Initiatives.
• Map employee talent, develop succession plans and create an environment where employees can grow and develop within the organization.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Analyze trends and metrics, collaborates with the HR executive team to design solutions, programs, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• A minimum of seven years of human resource business partner experience, with a focus on strategic human resource planning and performance management.
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak openly and directly with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches to ensure continual alignment of the HR initiatives to the business.
• Experience of leading and managing HR projects, including decision making, problem-solving, and implementation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
