From designing innovative total rewards programs to conducting comprehensive HR assessments, as a Senior HR Consultant, you'll be the superhero in our HR and Talent Acquisition narratives. Equipped with exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written, you'll transform complex HR challenges into success stories. You will provide customized, strategic, and sound HR advice to a variety of executives across multiple clients. While most work is done independently, we also demonstrate a team approach with many of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Devise and deliver bespoke, tailor-made HR solutions for a diverse client base.
- Offer strategic HR leadership, guidance and firsthand experience to C-suite executives and HR professionals in areas including HR Operations, Compliance, HR Technology (e.g. HRIS, ATS), Employer Sponsored Benefits, and Employee Relations.
- Function as the primary HR contact for clients lacking in-house HR capabilities.
- Conduct detailed HR assessments and present insightful reports to client executives.
- Maintain proactive, effective, and regular HR communication with clients, emphasizing the business impact of HR best practices.
- Provide full life cycle recruitment support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulations like OFCCP and DO; manage government contract reporting.
- Create and refine HR policies, handbooks, and codes of ethics.
- Design and implement effective performance management solutions and provide crucial employee relations support.
- Advise clients on HR technology solutions.
- Efficiently execute and manage multiple HR projects with varying deadlines and deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience & Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience with federal government contractors.
- Proficiency in organizational development and/or government contract recruiting is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a consulting environment is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality, consistent service.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
