Senior HR Coordinator - Power Delivery

With over 70 years of operating experience, Primoris Power Delivery services include engineering and design, installation and maintenance, material and equipment procurement, repair of electrical transmission, distribution, substation, wireless communication, and storm restoration. The Position Proposition:

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator and to join our team in our Gonzales, LA area office! The Senior HR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient and effective management of HR operations. This role involves handling various HR functions, , onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management. The Senior HR Coordinator will work closely with HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.

Provide quality service via telephone.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Deal with high call volume and work under pressure.
Assist employees with through their paperwork from start to finish.
Answer general information inquiries from workforce regarding applicant paperwork.
Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contact details).
Adhere to accepted company policy and procedures in providing services to workforce.
Accepts change in a productive manner.
Ability to work independently.
Assist other departments in KPI/Metric tracking.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Educational & Minimum Requirements:

Experience with HRIS System.
Familiarity with construction or utility industry (gas/power).
Familiarity with employment paperwork.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidentiality and work ethics.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Great at multi-tasking.
Able to work in high pace environment.
2 years of high-volume onboarding experience.
HR degree is a plus.
