Job Description - Senior Human Resource Business Partner

At Advisor360°, we’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations. In this role, you will lead and coach an HRBP while serving as a trusted partner to senior leaders. You’ll ensure our people strategy is aligned with business priorities, while building scalable practices that strengthen culture, engagement, and performance across the organization.

This role is both hands-on and strategic: you’ll dive into day-to-day HR operations while shaping long-term initiatives in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development. You’ll also collaborate globally with our HR team in India to ensure consistent practices that respect regional nuances.

Here’s What You’ll Do: 

  • Serve as the primary HR lead for our US headquarters, ensuring HR operations and employee support run smoothly.
  • Lead, coach, and develop an HRBP, driving accountability for delivering high-quality HR support and employee experience.
  • Partner closely with leaders and employees to resolve employee relations issues, ensure compliance with employment law, and provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
  • Oversee operational HR processes such as performance management, leave administration, onboarding/offboarding, immigration and policy implementation.
  • Lead investigations, documentation, and resolution of sensitive HR issues in partnership with Legal and Executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with TA, L&D, Benefits, and Communication teams to deliver seamless people programs that support employee growth and engagement.
  • Partner with managers to build team capability through effective performance feedback, coaching, and development planning.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, reinforcing Advisor360°’s values and helping leaders model behaviors that build trust, engagement, and high performance.
  • Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic people initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Support and lead change management initiatives, equipping leaders and employees with tools to navigate transitions effectively.
  • Use people data and analytics to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and deliver insights that inform leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in India to ensure consistent people practices while contributing to global initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve processes, and enhance the overall employee experience.

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role supporting business leaders.
  • Strong background in both operational HR (employee relations, compliance, processes) and strategic initiatives (workforce planning, organizational design, leadership coaching).
  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity, building trust with leaders, and influencing at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate people metrics into actionable insights.
  • Experience in a global, fast-paced, or growth-stage company is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $160,000-182,000
