Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resource Manager to provide strategic HR leadership and serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders within a large, complex organization.
This position will lead and support initiatives across workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, organizational change, and workplace culture.
The successful candidate will bring extensive progressive HR leadership experience, a required master's degree, and demonstrated experience leading HR transformation or enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective HR and workforce strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational, workforce, talent, and employee matters.
Lead workforce planning, staffing strategies, organizational structure, succession planning, and critical capability planning.
Support organizational design, restructuring, business transformation, and change-management initiatives.
Provide leadership across talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.
Use workforce data and business insights to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve organizational performance.
Coach leaders through employee relations, performance concerns, attendance issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
Partner with HR specialists and leadership to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant employment practices.
Help leaders develop high-performing teams with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.
Lead, coach, and develop HR professionals and HR Business Partner team members.
Establish priorities, expectations, and performance standards for the HR team.
Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and practices.
Promote a workplace culture centered on trust, accountability, respect, performance, and inclusion.
Influence senior stakeholders and challenge existing practices when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline — REQUIRED.
9+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
5+ years of HR management experience.
Strong strategic HR Business Partner experience supporting senior business leaders.
Experience within a large, complex, or highly regulated organization.
Demonstrated experience leading HR transformation or enterprise-wide initiatives.
Strong experience with employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
Experience leading and developing HR professionals.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment regulations.
Ability to translate business objectives into short- and long-term HR strategies.
Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
Ability to influence leadership and constructively challenge the status quo.
Ability to travel up to approximately 25%.
Ability to work onsite in Georgetown, Kentucky.
Preferred Qualifications
PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or comparable professional HR certification.
$150,000–$165,000 base salary, comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and company-paid travel expenses for the in-person interview. Direct-hire, onsite position with travel up to approximately 25%.
