Job Description - Senior Human Resources Generalist
Support deploying HR policies, programs, and initiatives, including but not limited to employment, compensation, labor relations, training, talent acquisition and development, and work practices to improve the organizational capability of the site. Support local recruiting, including interviews and selection; ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, laws, and goals Assist managers and employees with understanding and applying HR tools to improve organization performance and drive culture including performance management, employee development, succession planning and retention. Collaborate with HR Services on transactional HR matters. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 3+ years of experience as a HR Generalist. Previous experience leading employee relations, training, on-boarding, workforce planning, & performance management initiatives. Candidate will not need sponsorship now or in the future. No relocation assistance is available for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Carol Stream, IL. MS degree in Human Resources or related degree. Must possess good organizational and prioritization skills to maintain and address multiple assigned projects and expectations.
