Senior Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)

to join their team. Permanent employment contract in Germany — a freelance contract is possible outside Germany.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement human resource strategies that support business objectives.

Recruit, select, and onboard new employees to ensure the company has the right talent to succeed.

Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Manage performance evaluations, employee development, and promotion processes.

Handle conflicts and disciplinary actions by company policies and applicable labor laws.

Ensure a positive work environment and corporate culture that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Requirements
Demonstrable experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role (minimum 5 years). Thorough knowledge of German labor law and applicable employment regulations. English as native language Excellent German language skills, a Plus. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. High level of autonomy and assertiveness. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
