Senior HVAC Preconstruction/Design Engineer, P.E. position at large mechanical and plumbing construction company in San Francisco Bay Area

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical hvac and plumbing projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with Owners and GC’s to build value engineering strategies on upcoming design build projects.


• Train and mentor HVAC Design Engineers.


• Work hands-on Revit and AutoCAD daily.


• Follow Title 24 and OSHPD requirements on projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of HVAC design engineer/commercial design-build project experience.


• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. PE license required.


• Knowledge in: State Building Codes, Title 24, and OSHPD.


• Advanced CAD and Revit knowledge.


• Stable work history.
