Senior HVAC Service Technician

As a Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician for H & E Comfort Services, you will have the opportunity to have engaging conversations with clients will communicating and troubleshooting resolutions. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to build and present options that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget.

• Must have a proven track record of successful HVAC installation or service
• 3+ Year of Residential HVAC Service Experience
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Positive attitude
• Hard working
• Must be reliable
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check

• Full time employment
• Monday -Friday 7:30 am -5:30 pm

Compensation

• $25 - $55 /hr DOE
• Commissions
