Triangle Environmental is actively seeking a Senior HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join their "Band of Brothers" team in Plainfield, Illinois. Triangle Environmental is a 40-year-old open shop commercial HVAC and refrigeration service, repair, and maintenance contractor with a stellar stable of repeat customers.

Our next Lieutenant will be an expert in HVAC + Refrigeration service, repair, and installation and will receive a $3,000 Signing Bonus after 6 months of employment!

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 35-45 hours per week
• 8-hour shift
• On call

The right candidate will have:

• High School or equivalent (preferred)
• At least 5+ years' experience in Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration required
• Residential sales experience preferred
• Universal EPA Certification required

Our Senior HVAC & Refrigeration Technician will:

• Operate, service, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration equipment, and associated control and mechanical systems
• Maintain and repair motors, fans, compressors, condensers, evaporators, actuators, piping, valves, electronic controls, make-up air units, ducting, dampers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, water treatment system, pneumatic, electric and electronic controls, air handler units, make-up air units, fan coils and variable air volume boxes
• Monitor performance of heating and cooling systems and building
• Identify inefficiencies and potential issues- take corrective actions to maximize efficiency and comfort
• Assist with completion of preventative maintenance and repairs with entry level Technicians
