In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Integrations Architecture team, specializing in the design and advisory of infrastructure critical to public safety operations. Accountabilities
- Design solutions and advise internal teams on best practices for maintaining hybrid infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues within a containerized cluster running on AWS, collaborating with various teams.
- Work through complex support requests involving custom Linux configurations and serverless setups.
- Document reusable infrastructure patterns to enhance efficiency across deployments.
- Participate in strategy sessions for scaling interface delivery.
- Understand various Identity Management systems to provide SSO authentication to customers.
- Implement certificates in Linux and clustered environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience managing Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience in containerized and clustered infrastructures, particularly in AWS.
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical requirements and solutions.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes for scaling and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Rancher for multi-cluster management.
- Skilled in authoring and maintaining Terraform modules and workspaces.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Ability to implement SSO flows as a service provider.
