Position Overview

Stanley 1913 is looking for an experienced Senior Influencers and Affiliates Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Seattle, WA. You will have an impactful role in developing influencer and affiliate strategies, working with top digital partners to improve our brand visibility on social media through influencer marketing. This role requires working in a hybrid work environment out of the Seattle, WA HQ.

What You'll Do

• Guide the strategy for influencers and affiliates - involving digital collaborators on social media platforms to advertise Stanley products, collaborations, and brand efforts.


• Establish and track benchmarks for influencer marketing campaigns, applying findings to improve future campaigns.


• Manage internal and external social influencer partners to bring campaigns to life from strategy to publishing and optimization.


• Partner with social strategy and social creative partners to integrate influencer, affiliate, and creator content into broader social marketing campaigns.


• Engage with vital cross-team partners in marketing, creative, PR, DTC, paid media, events, and beyond to supply influencer and affiliate aid for pivotal launches and strategic moves.


• Ensure consistent messaging and execution for global influencer content, guiding regional teams to partner with relevant creators to engage with local audiences.


• Perform consistent analysis of creator trends and reporting to improve future partnerships and identify emerging partners.


• Supervise junior team members, offering strategic mentorship in Influencer and Affiliate marketing, managing performance, providing campaign direction, and overseeing operations.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of non-internship influencer and affiliate experience with proven success managing brand channels and encouraging digital communities.


• Passion for following industry trends and identifying emerging creators. You understand who Stanley should be partnering with, why their content resonates with audiences, and how we should most impactfully partner with them.


• Demonstrates expertise in influencing and affiliate reporting, experienced in analyzing performance data to evaluate business impact.


• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication to influence key collaborators.


• Outstanding project management skills to own and deliver multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience presenting campaign work, metrics, and insights to senior-level leadership and collaborators.
