About the Role

Mantro Mobile Imaging is seeking a Senior Intake & Compliance Coordinator to support and strengthen our growing mobile diagnostic imaging operation.

This role is designed for an experienced healthcare professional who understands that intake is a regulated, time-sensitive, compliance-driven function—not clerical work. You will play a key role in ensuring referrals, documentation, timelines, and workflows meet regulatory standards while supporting smooth daily operations.

This position requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be trusted to make appropriate operational decisions when leadership is unavailable and to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.

This is not an entry-level intake role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage intake documentation within a regulated IDTF healthcare environment


• Ensure all records are accurate, complete, compliant, and audit-ready


• Exercise appropriate judgment for STAT vs. routine orders and escalation


• Support quality assurance (QA) and administrative operations


• Identify workflow gaps and contribute to process improvements


• Make operational decisions when leadership is unavailable


• Process daily mail and assist with billing coordination


• Handle occasional local errands and periodic travel for meetings or operational needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare intake, administrative operations, or healthcare coordination experience


• Experience working in compliance-driven or regulated environments


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and make sound professional decisions


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to travel occasionally, including possible overnight travel
