We at Coforge are hiring Position (#21323) with the following skill set. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  


• Develop and optimize automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
  


• Build AI-driven workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts, AI models, and modern automation frameworks.
  


• Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to identify automation opportunities, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).


• 5+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation, RPA, or Automation Engineering roles.


• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.


• Experience developing scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages.


• Solid understanding of Agentic AI and AI-driven automation solutions.


• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into automation workflows.


• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.


• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI integrations.


• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms.


• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.


• Relevant certifications in UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure technologies.
