Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality Focus - Get Hired Fast

Position Overview: As a Senior Interior Designer with a focus on hospitality projects, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that exceed our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for hospitality projects.
• Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Select appropriate FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) that meet project requirements and budget constraints.
• Utilize Revit software to create accurate 3D models and construction documentation.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of design and construction.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful project delivery.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and participate in business development efforts to secure new projects.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and procurement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
