GE Vernova is seeking a strategic and collaborative communications leader to support our Culture and People organization. This role will help shape how employees understand and experience GE Vernova’s culture during a period of transformation and growth. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted communications advisor to the HR ELT and broader people leaders, translating complex information into clear, compelling, and employee-centered messaging.

This role will also have a direct report focused on Total Rewards communications, ensuring employees understand the value of GE Vernova’s benefits, compensation, and broader employee value proposition.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal communications partner for Culture and People leadership, including HR ELT support. Aid with CEO communications.
• Develop and execute communications strategies that bring GE Vernova’s culture, values, inclusion, and people priorities to life.
• Manage and coach the Total Rewards communications team member to deliver clear, timely, and engaging content.
• Create executive messaging, talking points, presentations, and enterprise communications that support people-related initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Talent, Inclusion, and business leaders to support major announcements, campaigns, and employee engagement efforts.
• Help ensure people communications are aligned with business strategy, employee experience goals, and enterprise priorities.
• Measure effectiveness of communications efforts and adjust strategies based on employee feedback, reach, and engagement.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or related field.
• Strong executive presence and trusted-advisor mindset.
• Experience supporting HR or culture-related communications strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, strategically, and persuasively for employee audiences.
• Experience counseling leaders and managing communications projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Experience managing or mentoring direct reports preferred.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $140,400.00 and $234,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
