GE Vernova is looking for a communications leader to support our EDGE, AI, and Robotics organizations and help bring innovation stories to life for employees and leaders across the company. This role will support the EDGE ELT and commercial communications efforts, helping translate technical and business innovation into compelling internal narratives that connect strategy to action.

This role will have a direct report focused on communications support for operational excellence, helping ensure internal messaging is aligned, organized, and delivered with strong execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal communications partner for EDGE, AI, and Robotics leadership.
• Support executive communications for the EDGE ELT, including messaging, presentations, and strategic content.
• Develop internal communications that explain and elevate GE Vernova’s innovation agenda in a way that is clear, relevant, and engaging.
• Partner with commercial and technical leaders to create employee-facing stories that highlight progress, customer value, and transformation.
• Manage a communications support role focused on operational excellence and ensure close alignment across priorities.
• Help design and deliver communications around key milestones, launches, and innovation-led initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, internal communications partners, and central teams to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communications efforts and adjust plans based on business needs and employee feedback.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of internal communications or corporate communications experience.
• Experience supporting innovation, technology, engineering, commercial, or transformation-focused organizations preferred.
• Strong executive communications and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical topics for internal audiences.
• Experience managing direct reports or leading communications work through others preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $140,400.00 and $234,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
