Senior IT Business Analyst

Endurance IT Services is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives through process improvement, automation, AI, and technology solutions for a client in Chesapeake! This role partners closely with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, improve workflows, and support successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and process improvement opportunities.
  
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
  
• Create process maps, user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Support automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with business users, developers, data teams, cybersecurity, and vendors.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing, and user acceptance activities.
  
• Evaluate solution impacts, risks, dependencies, and business value.
  
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Present recommendations, project updates, and findings to stakeholders.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
  
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, AI, digital transformation, or related areas.
  
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting technology implementations.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot)
  
• AI and workflow automation technologies
  
• Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric, UiPath, or similar platforms
  
• Agile methodologies and project delivery practices
