Senior IT Lawyer (Focus on tenders and agreements)

If you are an experienced lawyer with expertise in commercial and civil law, including a strong background in client agreements and tenders, with a keen attention to detail and a desire to apply your IP law knowledge in an international setting, this is the role for you.

As a member of the Legal Department team, you will be expected to support business activities of the company, including, but not limited to: 

• Provide legal support for the company’s operations in several jurisdictions 
• Draft and review all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents  
• Advise on different IP- and personal data-related matters 
• Assist sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and approval thereof with clients/partners/suppliers 
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations 

• Higher education degree in law 
• Proven track record and 5 years of experience in a similar role 
• Solid experience in commercial and civil law, with profound experience in client agreements and tenders 
• Expertise in IP law 
• Detail-oriented mindset  
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
