Senior IT Project Manager

Position Summary

• Leads, plans, and executes enterprise-wide technology initiatives with a heavy focus on core ERP platforms, operational data systems, and supply chain applications for industrial operations.

• Serves as the primary system owner and strategic advisor, aligning enterprise software systems with finance, production, and organizational performance goals.

• Manages cross-functional business partners, external implementation partners, and technical leads to drive system optimization, governance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct full-lifecycle project management for enterprise software deployments, establishing project scopes, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and change management frameworks.

• Oversee system health, environment configurations, and integration roadmaps across key operational modules including inventory control, procurement, production planning, and financial management.

• Lead data strategy and operational reporting capabilities using business intelligence tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership teams.

• Manage vendor relationships, system integrators, and third-party technology providers to ensure strict adherence to deliverables, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 8+ years of progressive project management and system administration experience within enterprise ERP and operational technology ecosystems.

• Demonstrated experience managing core ERP environments supporting industrial or production operations (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution).

• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, CPM, or equivalent) and proven success using structured deployment methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized enterprise application certifications or certifications in modern cloud platform environments.

• Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms, reporting tools, database structures, and DevOps processes.

• Background working in regulated, quality-controlled, or high-compliance operational environments.
