Senior IT Project Manager

The Opportunity

As an IT Project Manager, your role is to manage the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects within our organization.

What you will do

Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, goals and timelines. Define project goals and success criteria. Identify project partners and their roles and responsibilities.

Resource Management: Allocate resources to ensure project success. Coordinate with other departments or teams to secure necessary resources. Monitor resource use and make necessary adjustments.

Risk Management: Evaluate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Respond to issues and conflicts to minimize their impact on the project.

Communication: Establish communication channels with project partners. Ensure project status, progress, and any changes or issues. Facilitate collaboration and cooperation among team members and partners.

Budget Management: Develop project budgets. Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify and document any deviations or variances.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards. Conduct quality reviews and audits to identify and address any deficiencies.

Change Management: Develop change management plans to implement changes within the project. Communicate and engage partners in change processes.

Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs. Ensure project documentation is accessible and organized.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance to project team members. Set clear goals. Foster a positive and productive team culture. Support team members to achieve project goals.

What you bring Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working as a team lead on IT projects throughout the SDLC lifecycle.

Knowledge in the streaming environment with platforms and capabilities around video and commerce solutions on platforms such as Roku, AppleTV, AndroidTV, Samsung, Comcast, Vizio and FireTV.
