Senior IT Systems Administrator

Chordline Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to manage and support cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, identity management systems, networking environments, security monitoring platforms, and internal IT operations. This role serves as the primary escalation point for advanced IT issues and maintains AWS environments, Azure/Entra identity integrations, networking, security, compliance activities, and critical business systems.

Cloud Infrastructure Administration 

• Administer AWS accounts and environments 

• Manage AWS Organizations 

• Monitor cloud infrastructure 

• Provision resources 

• Perform maintenance and upgrades 

• Support cost optimization 

• Support production and non-production environments 

• EC2, ECS, RDS, Transfer Family, Systems Manager, ACM, GuardDuty, FSx, VPC 

Systems Administration 

• Manage Windows systems 

• Server maintenance and patching 

• Storage and access control administration 

• Infrastructure upgrades 

• Application environment management 

Identity and Access Management 

• Microsoft Entra ID administration 

• SSO integrations 

• User provisioning 

• GitHub identity integrations 

• Privileged access management 

• Password vault administration 

Networking Administration 

• Site-to-Site VPNs 

• Point-to-Site VPNs 

• VPC Peering 

• Firewall administration
