The Senior Technical Analyst is a key contributor in analyzing and optimizing complex IT systems and investments to align with strategic goals. This role is a blend of technical and leadership to drive innovation, resolve high-impact issues, mentor junior staff and contribute to building an agile IT team and department. Most importantly, ensure systems are secure, efficient, and operate with minimum downtime. Must be proactive in monitoring applications and system performance for reliability and efficiency.
This role will require evaluating existing current systems for latent issues, upgrades, patches and configuration gaps. Must maintain the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences with ease.
As Senior Technical Analyst you will engage and manage end-to-end project, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional department coordination. Prepare and Deliver progress reports to stakeholders and ensure project activities meet expected business outcomes. Critical to this role is being a collaborative partner across departments and teams. While ensuring project teams and team members adhere to IT security standards, best practices and audit protocols.
