Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Java Full Stack Developer with experience developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications. Our Developers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Our developers are agile and retrospective, and not afraid to identify what we’re doing wrong, so we can fix it, so we can improve on it. Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Be able to effectively elicit role and project expectations and explain the same to collaborators participating in talent.
• Understand the competency-proficiency role mapping for self.
• Solicit performance feedback and use it to identify proficiency gaps in the remit of the role.
• Should be able to track the deliverables against the agreed landmark, track any open issues for the closure.
• Mentor team members, whenever they got stuck and able to solve the blockers.
• Foresee any risks and plan for the mitigation.
• Have minimum of 6 years of experience in application development using Java and J2EE.
• Strong in Java 8, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Hands on experience in any of the cloud technologies (AWS / PCF / OCP, etc).
• Should have experience in managing team with minimum of 4 members.
