Senior Java/Lead Developer

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Senior Java/Lead Developer to design and deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. In this hybrid role, you will lead by example—mentoring developers, driving technical best practices, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle application development from design to deployment.

• Design, code, debug, and optimize enterprise-grade applications (Java/Spring Boot, React, SQL, Terraform).

• Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional squads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Integrate with Kafka for event-driven, real-time data processing.

• Implement DevOps best practices leveraging AWS (Lambda, Terraform) for cloud-native deployments.

• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and peer reviews.

• Conduct software analysis and risk/reliability reviews.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and performance coaching for team members.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to enterprise modernization initiatives.
