We’re hiring a Senior Lash Artist who’s not only skilled, but ready to evolve — someone who will step into a Manager role by December 2025 while continuing to serve clients with artistry and passion. 🛠 Responsibilities

As a Lash Artist:

Perform Classic, Hybrid, TrueVolume, and MegaVolume lash extensions

Provide Lash Lift & Tint and brow services

Educate clients on aftercare, memberships, and rebooking

Deliver a luxurious and personalized client experience

As a Future Manager (by December 2025):

Continue lashing while supporting day-to-day team operations

Mentor and coach other lash artists

Lead team meetings and help maintain a positive studio culture

Manage supplies and inventory

Assist with hiring and onboarding

Handle client concerns with professionalism

✅ Requirements

Texas Cosmetology or Esthetician license (required)

3+ years of lash experience (preferred)

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail

Team-oriented, dependable, positive attitude

Comfortable working evenings and weekends (our busiest times)

Management experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right leader
