Senior Lawyer

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to provide expert legal counsel and strategic guidance on corporate and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with corporate operations.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Manage relationships with external law firms and legal associates.
• Advise and assist clients with transactions, including regulatory aspects.
• Train and mentor junior lawyers while overseeing their workload.
• Conduct internal workshops on legal and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to mentor junior lawyers.
