We are seeking a commercially minded Mid-Senior Lawyer to support the legal and compliance needs of a growing group of wellness companies. The role will work across multiple business lines and jurisdictions, providing practical legal advice on commercial and corporate matters.

This position is well suited to a lawyer who enjoys working closely with business teams, can operate independently, and is comfortable managing a broad range of legal matters in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate, commercial, employment, and operational matters;

• Draft, review key contracts, policies and terms of service;

• Support governance, entity management, and compliance matters;

• Work with internal teams and external counsel to manage risk and resolve issues;

• Support HR, legal templates, and new launches.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with around 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience (or equivalent in-house experience);

• Strong background in commercial and corporate law;

• Experience with digital products and IT law is essential;

• Practical, commercial approach with the ability to work independently;

• Experience in consumer-facing, healthcare, wellness, or regulated businesses is an advantage;

• Familiarity with data protection across various jurisdictions, marketing claims, and cross-border issues is beneficial.
