As a Senior Lead Identity Software Engineer , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Identity Management team reporting to the Director Identity Software Engineering, you will support projects including developing, testing, debugging, and documenting application systems.

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Implement authentication and identity operating standards.
Develop tools and scripts to increase automation and streamline operations.
Guide strategic plans to ensure system currency and technical evolution of services and architecture.
Evolve the identity management architecture to improve resiliency and ensure continuity of business operations.
Resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve service quality.
Complete projects through requirements analysis, design, implementation, and operational stages.
How you will collaborate with others:
Lead internal and external partners in applying standard operational processes and launching new products.
Work with peers, Software Engineers, and diverse teams to develop solutions that meet user access management requirements for Hilton platforms.
What projects you will take ownership of:
Develop and run reports and dashboards that reflect goals.
Lead and improve the operations, workflows, and user experience.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Seven (7) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
Five (5) years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ
Five (5) years of development experience with SQL
Experience with Java development
Technical knowledge of Operating Platforms (Windows, UNIX, Active Directory)
Ability to travel up to 15%
It would be useful if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
Ten (10) + years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
Seven (7) + years of experience programming Java or BeanShell
Three (3) + years of direct experience with Ping, LDAP, and directory structures
Three (3) + years of experience with a Java Application server (WebLogic, WebSphere, Glassfish, or Apache Tomcat)
Experience with SAML and OAuth
Experience developing/implementing web interfaces (SOAP, CGI, or REST)
Experience with markup languages (XML, XHTML)
Experience with multi-factor authentication solutions
