Position Overview
Members of our Banquet Staff work under the direction of the Director of Legacy to complete a variety of tasks relating to the events hosted at The Legacy. If you are looking for a hands-on job with lots of variety, this is the position for you!
As a Banquet Operations Lead, you will oversee teams of Banquet/Event Staff and assist them as they complete tasks relating to events hosted at The Legacy. Assignments may include event set-up/break-down, cleaning of equipment (tables, chairs, stage, etc.). Team Leads will also be tasked with operating heavy equipment (tractors, forklifts, skid steers, etc.) as needed to fulfill event needs. No two days will be the same!

Physical Demands
National Western Complex is a multi-purpose indoor and outdoor commercial and agricultural complex where dusty conditions and animals may exist. While performing the duties of this job, work is performed both indoors and outside in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, snow, wind, and rain, on varied surfaces. In this role, individuals will experience prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The incumbent must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and access/navigate the National Western Complex in its entirety, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time hourly/non-exempt position eligible for overtime.
