In this position... 

You will join the Transformation, Enterprise Process Re-Engineering global team working together to deliver a competitive advantage through operational excellence. You will use your 6-Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) skillset, to enable the transformation of the enterprise, by partnering with Business Units and Functional Teams on lean/Ford Operating System (OS) deployment, through value creation, improved experience, digital transformation, and smart End-to-End process design.  As part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) for lean/process improvement and problem solving, you will work cross-functionally and closely with integrated teams in Manufacturing, Product Development, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales and Service, to accelerate the transformation and installation of lean principles throughout the company.

What you'll do...

• Partner with business units and functions to accelerate development of operational excellence opportunities and delivery of quality and efficiency projects, through sustained process improvement and digital transformation.
• Install lean and problem-solving excellence enterprise-wide, through effective coaching
• Deliver ongoing value to the business plan, through developing strong business cases and portfolio lifecycle management

You'll have... 

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
• 7+ Years of Experience
• 6-Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) certification, with demonstrated process strategy and improvement expertise leveraging metrics / data, to measure opportunities and validate success. 

Even better, you may have...

• Master's of Science or MBA degree
• Expertise in coaching and applying problem solving and process improvement methods and tools like Plan Do, Check Adjust (PDCA), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Mapping, KPIs, Gemba, and Process Mining
• Cross-functional experience and exposure to enterprise-wide improvement project(s)
• Ability to manage and deliver a project portfolio lifecycle
• Proficient in executive communication and presentation creation
• Ability to understand and operate effectively in a global and cross-functional network,, always wearing the enterprise hat
• Extensive business acumen and coaching abilities, especially at the senior levels
• Strong facilitation skills
• Ability to apply analytical skills to create and validate compelling and persuasive business cases
• Ability to partner with others and foster teamwork, with a “can do” positive attitude and self-motivation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively
• Results driven and detail-oriented mindset
