Our Client is a law firm.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal to provide high-level support to the firm's Equity Partner.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of legal experience, preferably within personal injury law, and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and case management skills.

Primary Functions

• Provide direct administrative and legal support to the Equity Partner.


• Manage complex calendars, court deadlines, appointments, and case schedules.


• Draft, review, and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents.


• Maintain and organize case files, medical records, and litigation documents.


• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, insurance carriers, and medical providers.


• Assist with trial preparation, deposition scheduling, and case management.


• Ensure compliance with court rules, filing deadlines, and firm procedures.

Must-Haves

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.


• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document preparation.


• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred. Ideally experience in medical malpractice, but if not, a willingness to learn.
