Job Description - Senior Leisure Business Development Manager Resorts & All -Inclusive (Southeast)

The Staff Pad has partnered with a global hospitality leader to identify a Senior Leisure Business Development Manager focused on All -Inclusive & Resort properties. This is a high -impact, relationship -driven role within the travel trade space—ideal for someone who thrives in face -to -face selling, partnership development, and driving revenue through travel advisors and wholesale channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow relationships with travel advisors, consortia, and wholesale partners
  • Drive revenue through in -person meetings, events, trainings, and trade shows
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product storytelling that bring resort experiences to life
  • Partner with wholesalers on joint initiatives, campaigns, and activations
  • Educate travel partners on key selling points, guest profiles, and differentiators
  • Analyze account performance, identify opportunities, and drive strategic growth
  • Act as the go -to expert for the resort & all -inclusive portfolio

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in hospitality, travel, or leisure sales
  • Experience working with travel advisors, consortia, or wholesale partners
  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
  • Confident presenter with the ability to influence and engage audiences
  • Knowledge of Mexico & Caribbean resort markets preferred
  • Ability to manage a territory and travel regularly (~40%)
  • Based in or near Atlanta with access to a major airport
