ROLE OVERVIEW

Our agency is looking for a Senior Line Producer to support a large-scale immersive content production in Atlanta. The Senior Line Producer will be responsible for overseeing the logistical planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of the production. They will collaborate closely with agency teams, production vendors, and freelance resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate must reside in Atlanta, have extensive local vendor relationships and have strong experience leading large set builds on sound stages. Experience with incorporating technology into productions is considered a plus.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead logistical planning and management for large-scale commercial content productions.


• Oversee detailed budgeting processes, including cost forecasting, tracking expenses, and managing project budgets effectively.


• Create and manage comprehensive production schedules, coordinating all aspects from pre-production through delivery.


• Negotiate rates and contracts with production vendors, key suppliers, freelance crews, and talent.


• Identify, engage, and manage the best-in-class production suppliers, directors, and freelance resources, specifically leveraging strong local vendor relationships.


• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, and talent union requirements.


• Lead day-to-day communication and coordination with suppliers, agency teams, and external partners.


• Mitigate risks and proactively resolve logistical and scheduling issues that arise throughout production.


• Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with the Executive Producer or senior management on project status, challenges, and milestones.


• Direct and manage on-set production activities, including large set builds on sound stages, maintaining efficiency and ensuring production runs smoothly.


• Oversee post-production schedules and timely delivery of final assets.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 7-10 years experience as a Line Producer in TV/Broadcast commercial production, ideally within an advertising agency, broadcaster, or production company.


• Extensive budgeting, scheduling, and resource management experience.


• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and familiarity with budgeting software/tools.


• Proven experience managing large crews and complex logistical setups, including significant set builds on sound stages.


• Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Strong knowledge of industry standards, vendor networks, particularly within the Atlanta area.


• Ability to quickly solve problems and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.


• Strong interpersonal skills; capable of maintaining positive relationships with agency partners, vendors, and clients.
