Senior Living Leasing Agent wanted!

AEC Living is looking for a full-time Leasing Agent for our Senior Living facilities. 

This position works 9am-6pm and the schedule is Sun-Thurs.

Rate is $22-$24 hourly DOE, plus commission for admission

The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and an interest in working with the elderly. Additionally, a background in sales or lease management, social media experience, and CRM database experience is preferred.

Primary functions include: 

• Coordinating visits and scheduling tours


• Visiting discharge planners and other agencies to generate leads


• Mailing materials


• Following up on necessary documentation with doctor's offices


• Filing


• Data entry


• Communicating with families and clients


• Overall office support


• Special projects

Minimum qualifications:

• Current, valid driver's license


• Proficiency with computers including calendars, Word, Excel, and email


• Excellent organizational and project management skills (time management, prioritization, delegation, follow-up, attention to detail, and accuracy)


• Previous experience as a leasing agent a plus

AEC Living residential buildings are pet friendly, residents may have animals in their private apartments and dogs are walked through the building. Leasing Agents may have interactions with these animals.
