Job Description - Senior Living Strategist & Coach
We're growing and are seeking a seasoned Senior Living Strategist and Coach, who is responsible for building and maintaining positive client relationships by creating and managing results oriented, creative marketing strategy to reach census and occupancy goals.. This position has knowledge and experience in the Senior Care and Living Industry (Independent & Assisted Living, Nursing Home, etc.) as a proven Marketing Director, Admission Coordinator, and Sales Director.

This position has a strong understanding of applying strategic digital marketing and sales strategy and methodology, combined with tech stack savviness, high quality, and a conversion optimization mindset, to develop and manage client strategy programs.
This position is responsible for all aspects of client experience, ensuring clients have a positive client sentiment score measured by high-quality, outcome-based experiences.
Your Success Attributes
Solid working knowledge of the senior care and living industry.
Solid understanding of digital & traditional marketing and sales strategy and tactical applications
Experience with project management systems is a plus
Experience with marketing and sales tool stacks (CRMs, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) and appropriate application to client programs
Ability to follow agile methodology and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to improve client program performance and agency process/systems
Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time accordingly
Exceptional written & verbal communication.
Ability to interact with clients and team members in a positive manner
Highly organized and excessive attention to detail
Pursue a continuous journey of professional development to improve knowledge and skills.
Education Level- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, and Healthcare Management.
Career Level - Required minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on Senior Care and Living experience and/or marketing experience.
