Senior Maintenance Technician Location: Freeport, TX (US) Onsite As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the Freeport facility to be safe and reliable and for the equipment to perform as designed and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), sanitation/safety/regulatory requirements and divisional goals. Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency within core competencies in Instrumentation & Electrical or Millwright & Electrical (troubleshoot start stop stations/motor control systems, unwire/rewire motors) within a multi-skill environment. Support maintenance department as lead technician for complex jobs. Develop technical procedures as required. Perform preventive/predictive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment reliability and maintain product quality in a PSM environment. Troubleshoot, Repair, Rebuild, or Replace failing and or failed equipment efficiently and effectively. Perform all tasks with highest quality. Other duties as assigned by leadership. Five plus years Maintenance or equivalent Construction experience with demonstrated troubleshooting/diagnostic techniques.
