We are currently recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant to play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, advisory services and mentoring junior staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a people-first workplace that offers genuine work-life balance.

?? Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review statutory accounts and corporation tax returns (CT600)
• Review and support junior accountants’ work
• Manage relationships with overseas teams
• Review Self Assessment tax returns
• Prepare management accounts, reports, and financial commentary
• Provide insightful client advisory services
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation and accounting standards
• Handle HMRC correspondence and assist with audits
• Participate in client and internal meetings
• Conduct bookkeeping checks and internal financial reviews
• Contribute to internal training and continuous process improvement

? Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
• Strong working knowledge of TaxCalc, Iris and Xero
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines independently
