Summary

Flatwater Inc. is looking to fill this position with the most qualified applicant, Flatwater is a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk Inc. the economic development company of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving the division’s operational and strategic initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective delivery of support services and the enhancement of education and training programs across a network of Medical Treatment Facility Division (MTFD), including hospitals, clinics, and dental centers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to achieve division goals.

Manage strategic planning for MTFD initiatives.

Lead development and execution of education and training programs.

Coordinate with medical facilities to ensure effective support services.

Supervise and mentor contractor team, fostering a collaborative environment.

Act as primary liaison with key stakeholders, building strong relationships.

Oversee daily operations, utilizing insights from MTFD dashboard for decision-making.

Develop and enforce policies to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance.

Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing proactive strategies.

Manage division budget and financial resources effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership and managerial skills, adept at overseeing operational and strategic initiatives.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing effective strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Experience in budget management and financial oversight, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Deep understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance standards.

Proven ability to mentor teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of dashboards for informed decision-making.

Skilled in risk management, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Ability to implement and enforce policies to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance.

Dedication to continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing processes and program delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.

10-15 years of experience as a management consultant, with significant experience in program management and leadership roles.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

There is no supervisory responsibility for this position.

WORK ENVIROMENT

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

TRAVEL No additional travel is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is an onsite full-time position.

Workdays are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

SECURITY CLEARENCE

No clearance needed.

Federal background checks conducted.
